BIE is a gentle, non-invasive modality that helps the body naturally rebalance its response to a wide range of stressors—such as foods, hormones, chemicals, environmental triggers, and emotional stress. It can be safely used with people of all ages (including babies) and is commonly used with animals such as dogs.

Each session is personalized. The practitioner begins by assessing how your body responds to specific stressors using muscle testing to identify where imbalances may be contributing to symptoms. This is followed by the BIE treatment, which uses a handheld device to introduce low-level frequencies along acupuncture points. The goal is to help your body “recognize” the stressor more appropriately so it may begin to accept it rather than react to it.

Most patients feel a light tapping or vibration during the treatment. Some concerns improve quickly, while others may require multiple sessions depending on the stressor and individual response.
